Clinical Efficacy and Outcomes of Remibrutinib (LOU064) in Patients with Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria Inadequately Controlled with H1-Antihistamines: Findings from a Phase IIb Study

As part of the 31st European Academy Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) Annual Congress held in Milan, Italy, online, 7th–10th September 2022, five poster presentations outlined results from Phase IIb study remibrutinib (LOU064) patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria inadequately controlled H1-antihistamines. These posters presented data on quality life, need for antihistamine rescue medication to address symptoms, time complete control, safety profile remibrutinib. The findings were these are summarised here.
